At Legacy in Memoriam, every memorial plate is custom-crafted to honor a life and preserve memories for generations. Because each product is made specifically for you, our return policy reflects the personalized nature of our offerings.
Custom Products
All memorial QR plates are custom-made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized or engraved products once production has begun.
Please review all information carefully before submitting your order, including:
• Spelling
• Dates
• QR destination link
• Finish selection
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at:
We will do our best to accommodate changes if production has not yet started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement:
Email us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number
Attach clear photos of the damage
Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
• Please first check with neighbors and your local carrier
• If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the product.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
