Purchase a Legacy in Memoriam: Pets package
Choose the package and plate color you love, then complete checkout on our website. Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your QR memorial plate and your pet’s memorial experience.
Select your package and plate color (Black, Bronze, Silver, or Rose Gold).
Checkout securely and receive your order confirmation.
Your plate is laser-engraved and prepared for delivery.
Step 2
Create your Pet Portal account
Your portal account is where you create and manage memorials. If you already have an account, you’ll simply sign in. If not, you’ll create one in under a minute.
Open the portal and select Sign Up.
Use the same email you used at checkout (recommended).
Verify your email if prompted, then you’ll be ready to begin.
Note: Your memorial is protected. Only you (and anyone you choose to invite) can manage it.
Step 3
Create your pet’s memorial
Inside the portal, you’ll create a memorial page for your pet. This is where the QR code will lead once you activate and share it. You’ll be guided step-by-step to enter the details that make the tribute feel personal and meaningful.
Add your pet’s name and any key details you’d like to include.
Write a short tribute (we keep it simple and editable).
Confirm your memorial information and save.
Tip: You can always update your memorial later—add more memories over time, change photos, or refine the tribute whenever you’re ready.
Step 4
Add photos and videos to bring the memorial to life
Upload your favorite photos and videos directly to the memorial page. This is often the most meaningful part—seeing their life remembered in moments.
Upload photos for a beautiful gallery visitors can view.
Add short videos (playful moments, happy memories, or celebrations).
Organize and update media anytime from the portal.
Sharing: When someone scans your plate’s QR code, they’ll be taken directly to your memorial page to view the tribute.
